Rotary Club of Harare City
The Rotary Club of Harare City consists of professionals in different spheres of Society who contribute to various community projects that the club undertakes in varied ways in terms of their flair and resources.
The club which was sponsored by Rotary Club of Harare is one of the oldest clubs in Harare and was chartered well before independence of Zimbabwe on April 14, 1979.
The club meets virtually and once a month at the Rotary Centre corner Fife Avenue and Colquhoun Street on Tuesdays between 12:30pm for 13:00 Hours to 14:00 hours.
The club has a membership of 24 people who volunteer their time to
serve the community in and around Harare and as far as rural
communities outside Harare. Within the club are various structures
that deal with different disciplines in respect of how club protocol
should be handled.
We are part of Rotary International, an organization made up of over 1.2 million neighbors, friends, and community leaders who come together to create positive, lasting change in our communities and around the world.
Our differing occupations, cultures, and countries give us a unique perspective. Our shared passion for service helps us accomplish the remarkable.
